Huge thanks to our friends Picnic, OfferZen and Shopify!
At Picnic, we’re revolutionizing the way people buy groceries with our affordable and sustainable app-only service. We do almost everything in-house, developing cutting-edge technologies and processes to ensure we continue to grow rapidly without missing a beat.
We use Native and React Native alongside each other to provide an innovative service to our customers. Using cross-platform technologies enables us to deliver more value to our customers, so it’s a no-brainer for us. However, we only use React Native where it makes sense—the user experience is our top priority.
OfferZen is a community-first developer job platform that connects developers with tech companies in Europe and Africa. They are all about enabling developers to build great stuff and do that by getting devs jobs they love but also by connecting newbie devs with mentors, sponsoring and supporting meetups like this one and creating tech documentaries to inspire other devs.
If you're looking for a job, check them out at offerzen.com. And if you just want to watch some cool tech content, search for OfferZen Origins on YouTube.
Shopify is a provider of cloud-based, multi-channel commerce platform. The company's software allows merchants to design, manage and sell their products across multiple sales channels, including web and mobile store fronts, social media, physical retail locations, pop-up shops and marketplaces.

You probably heard before of "Micro Services" and maybe even used it at your current company, but, did you know that now you can do the same in the Frontend? In this talk, we will understand how does micro frontends work and the reasoning behind them. We will also explore one of the most interesting ways of applying them in your projects using Webpack's Module Federation feature.
David Cortes
In this talk we are going to share what we learned by open-sourcing FlashList and how you can use this learnings to release your open-source project.
Rubina Shakhkyan
A common myth says that React is not suitable for big projects, and Angular is the best choice in these cases. This (mythbuster!) talk will go over some of the strategies we can use to scale up with React - and how we have been using it here at Picnic!
